On Our Way!
On Monday, we are boarding our plane that will take us from Los Angeles to Auckland, New Zealand. In Auckland, we catch a short hopper flight down to Christchurch, New Zealand -- the Gateway to the Antarctic. Our flight to Antarctica is scheduled for November 16th.

But won't it be cold, and inhospitable down there? I hear the fluid in your eyes freezes if you're outside for more than :30 seconds, and don't have insulated goggles on.
